Tire weight is 27 lbs F&R according to Tire Rack's site. That makes the front 22lbs 10oz, and the rear 27lbs 3.8oz (if I'm seeing the scales right). Too bad they're not 18 lb 17" wheels...
They're not terribly heavy for an OEM 19" wheel. There are lots of better choices for weight though.

Uh, I don't know what wheels you guys have been looking at, but a 19" rim weighing in at 23 lbs would definitely be called 'lightweight,' considering there are only a handful of wheels that even approach the '1 pound per inch club.' The lightest wheels Volk makes in a 19 is the CE28, which is just shy of 20 pounds.

The factory wheels are much stronger than aftermarket. I've owned many aftermarket wheels a 99% of the wheels were weaker. As many of you know already, they bend and sometimes crack very easy. Aftermarket may be lighter than OE but they sacrifice strength of the wheels to achieve it.
