So I bought the sikky bars and installed them today, I set the rear in the middle setting and when I got to the front bar I set it softer than stock (haven't tested yet I'm draining oil) I realized if you want to stiffen the stock bar it can be done easily, the tab for the headlight level sensor arm can be welded on top and then trim the overhang on the sway bar tube. Then approximately 1.5" forward drill a secondary 1/2" hole to mount as the sikky does in the stiffer setting. I'll post pics with what I am talkin bout if you are reading this and don't get it, heck I might sell my stock bars and mod the front first.

I'm sure anybody who want the Sikky sway bars can get them installed at the mega meet at JE Import Performance on 13 June.

Each was only 20 mins to install, I was very surprised how easy. I've done bars on several cars and this was by far the easiest.

SOOOOO how does it feel. I want them so bad. I am feeling some roll in the tight corners and would like to eliminate but without adding understeer back into the equation.

Honestly, only driving with the rear at the middle and front at the softer I can't complain about it. The middle setting on the front is same (mounting distance of the end link) as stock. I'll try out the stiffer in front this weekend and try it with the stiffest in the rear but I'm diggin how it is right now. The giken unit with 350 diff is just rediculous with getting it sideways and controlling it.. Man I love this thing

So front bar and rear at the stiffest setting (on stock suspension) nearly feels like driving on stiff coilovers (atleast my spiritly drive able several mile test road. It tracks amazingly through corners (almost no kicking the rear end out compared to middle setting rear and front soft) I'm going to set the front to middle and leave rear at stiff.

Here's my test road, to make it longer there is a way back to the highway and loop back around which has a lot of great corner testing opportunities

So the front set at middle and rear stiff: it wants to understeer through corners, at low speed and pulling around a 15 mph corner in 3rd gear it kicks out

Thanks for all of this info. You are the first . I have had sway bars on many cars and have never had a bad result with them added. Seems like a no brainer mod. I live in AZ where the roads are smooth like glass . Fathers day is coming up and Im looking for something . lol

Thanks again for sharing the info. BTW I dig your test route !

I'd say get the set and play around with em! I'm going to try out the soft front with stiff rear later (goin out on the boat since it's nice out) but so far I like the middle setting on rear and soft up front (really dials out the understeer. I have the figs front lower bushing that I need to install which will help even more

if you want it under steer more go stiffer in the front. If you want it to over steer go stiffer in the rear.

So from all this talk what I can conclude is get the front sikky bars and set it to the middle and rear leave at the middle setting for a more balanced outcome....correct?

From what I've experienced you won't need the front if anything it's the same or slightly stiffer than stock at the middle setting. If you want to Autocross/timed lap event then drill a second hole in the front bar and only get the rear or a f sport rear. oh and don't use the end links, you'll save lots of time, less headache and less weight. Personally I like the way it drives with the frobt at the softest and rear at the middle. I'm going to try the front soft and rear stiffest today since I got home too late (I'm guessing it's going to be like a rainy day with trac/vsc turned off, except no understeer

^agreed! I'm going to take it around the whole loop where I live since there is a lot of differences other than the map pic I posted, I'll screen shot a couple to get you guys a better view of why I use it as a "test track" lol
