Now why would I want people who I lock in the trunk know how to get out? Doesn't that defeat the purpose?

make sure your fuel is almost empty when you go in for recall service, because they are require to fill up your gas for you for any recall service

^^^^ how so? they should tho, even if you have other service done beside recall they should still fill up the gas.

Yea I think I'm going to respond to there survey and complain because the guy said they would fill the tank it was only at 3/4 when I gave it to them got it back with half tank meaning some dumb *** tech was flooring it around they even floored it when they came to drop it off to me at the service curb I could hear him revving it and keeping it in first all the way to me. (Obvious since I have muffler and resonator deletes).

I rolled in today to get an oil/filter change and they mentioned the trunk latch recall which I had never heard of. So they did the oil change ($60), the wiper arm and trunk latch recall, and filled up the empty tank. I paid for the oil change with Lexus Visa points so I got the whole thing for free, including muffins and orange juice for breakfast. We pay for it all in the price of the car, but it's nice to get well treated 7 years after the sale.
