Default Good price for '08 IS-F?

I've been looking around for an IS-F for quite some time now and I've finally found one that is up to my standards (and price range). Here are the specs:

2008 IS-F
Silver / Black
48,xxx miles
CPO, 1-Owner, Clean carfax with all service records
Loaded w/ Nav, ML, etc.
Excellent overall condition
$35,995

This look like a good deal to you guys?

I'm not sure about east coast pricing, but that would be a darn good price for a CPO car here in cali. When I was looking for a 2008 about 6 months ago, a 50K mile 2008, non-CPO was around 36-38k in cali.

That seems to be a pretty good deal being CPO and one owner. I would offer $34,500 and see where it goes. Good luck.

I will offer them a little lower than their asking price and see what happens.

Question - The dealer states that the car is a 1-Owner. According to them, the person leased the car and then bought the car out at the end of the lease. However, the Carfax states that the car has had two previous owners. Does it say two owners because the original owner was actually Toyota and the second was the lessee buying the car? Does this make sense to you guys?

Here is the Carfax:

That price is pretty good for the age and mileage.

The dealer is correct, but he is going on pure semantics to call it a 1-owner. When I bought out my lease, my Carfax showed me as the second owner, but the actual breakdown looked the same as what is on the Carfax you linked: personal lease, and then personal. When originally titled, Toyota/Lexus Financial was the primary owner, and when it is returned and resold (whether to the lease holder, or a totally new owner) a new title is issued for the new primary owner.

I bought my 2009 with 72k miles on it for $28k if that means anything to you.
It had 2 previous owners. no accidents. No damage (flood, etc..)

insane price! Good job. I spent nearly $19k more on my '09, though it was practically new with only 13k miles.

A 2008 with high 40-50k miles should be sold around mid 30's and 60-70k miles for around $30,000 IMO.

Thats what I was justifying as my price point when I bought mine.

That is priced well due to the fact.

1) East-Coast
2) Winter
3) Non AWD so market isn't so high.

Great deal overall for sure.
