JUST GET YOUR TOUCH UP PAIN FROM LEXUS AND GO TO AUTO ZONE GET A BAG FOR PLUG AND SAND IT DOWN AND TOUCH UP PAIN IT AND SUPER GLUE IT OR EPOXY THAT HOW WE DO IT .
Gumbylude, for the license plate holes I would try your local hardware store.
When I bought my F last year it had no front plate, but plugged holes in the bumper where one was previously mounted. When I transferred the title & registration, the registration certificate specified "front plate required". After pleading with the licensing agency, I decided to comply with the law and mount the plate. So I ordered a holder from the local Lexus dealer.
The screws provided with the plate holder weren't beefy enough to properly secure it, so I had to buy larger & longer ones. While at local Ace Hardware, I saw the same plugs I had removed from the bumper. Of course you'll need some touch-up paint as well.
I have bought numerous bumper plugs from bumperplugs.com and have no issues whatsoever. Just take a picture of your door jam sticker which shows the color code and email it to the customer service and they will reply with what color bumper plugs to purchase. It comes color matched with your car and installation is very easy.
did you have to use a heat gun ? the product looks very good.
No heat gun. When you purchase it from bumperplugs.com they will include instructions on how to install it. I copy and pasted the instructions from their website...
How do the BumperPlugs attach to my vehicle?
Our original BumperPlugs™ work on just about every make and model. Holes that are drilled into the bumper may have to be enlarged a bit (1/4" is the ideal size), but our plugs will pop right in. Holes must be no larger than 9/32" diameter, and should be at least 3/4" deep. There are small teeth on the stem of the plug that will hold it in place after installation (follow our directions in the package). No adhesive required.
I went to Autozone and picked up a pack of generic body-panel plugs (used for securing engine bay and trunk plastic panels) for $4. I just picked out the plugs that had the closest matching tab size for the holes in my bumper. Then I used some existing touch-up paint to paint the plugs. (I put about 5 coats on the plugs). Then just pushed them into the holes. Voila...bumper plugs for 1/8 the price and they look factory (most people think they're parking sensors LOL).

I'm from PA so I just took off the front plate holder of the car I bought Friday and the pic below is what I've found. Looks like whoever put it on goofed up and made three holes. Seems like it would look real goofy with the 3 bumper plugs? I'm assuming a body shop would charge an arm and a leg to fix it, as would a new bumper. I guess I could always put the holder back on and get some type of clean/cool vanity plate for it. Any thoughts or opinions on the matter?

just have someone repaint the bumper. filling the holes and sanding them wont be much work. Unless the bumper is messed up you should be fine. Maybe $400?
