The F Sport rotors are expensive no matter how you slice it. Just one of the reasons I didn't think they made good sense for my IS350 when I owned it.

LOL my dealership told me that my F with 33k on it will need new rotors soon and that the pads are close and they were replaced 10 months ago.

Assuming the rotors are close to worn, I wonder if it would be cheaper to go back to the original rotors even though you'd have to get calipers as well. At least I assume the f-sport calipers don't work with the regular rotors (do they??)

Are the rotors smooth?
I have the 2010 350c - non f-sport - but just got my brakes done today. If the rotors are smooth and above spec there is no need to do anything to them. Especially if cost is a concern, find a shop that will get oem pads from the dealer and put them on for you. Any mechanic can do a brake job.
