Looking at a CPO IS250 matador red.

Interior is black leather.

However trunk is all tan .....

Shouldn't they be all black or all tan?

Thats how the came till I believe 2012. I have a 12 and it has black int and trunk.

My 2010 IS350C is exactly like that. Black interior. Tan trunk.

Also, I couldn't help but notice someone has stored something on top of the "roller shade" or whatever you call that thing. That "shade" (for lack of a better term) is there to tell you NOT to put anything there. That area is where the roof goes when the top comes down.

Yeah, really. I hope it's something soft and compressible, that won't scratch the paint. I was actually thinking of taping a piece of paper to the shade that read "Do not put anything here", except my wife would probably get mad at me for even thinking she would do something that dumb.

If roller shade is un-rolled too far, because of almost any object on it, roof will not close.

Its designed like that so even if you drop a sweater or some light object it takes almost nothing to roll it out a millimeters and that's enough to stop roof opening.

Colors look wrong to me. I have a white car with white cream interior and that colored carpet in the trunk. Black interior should have black carpet in my view-but no idea if that's spec or not.

yeah I was always bewildered why the interior is black but the trunk is tan. apparently only the f sport models get the black treatment in the trunk.

This was a great thread to find. I was looking at several IS250C and IS350C models over the last week, and many of them (2010/2011) had the black interior and a tan trunk. Without this thread I would have thought there was something seriously wrong.

The 2011 IS250C I just purchased with saddle interior and black carpet has a tan trunk. The headliner is tan as well, I guess to make the trunk not feel totally out of place

That is how they came until 2012 unless it was a FSport.

The pillars and headliner are also light colored instead of black even if you have a black interior. (Which I do)
