Thanks, but I think that is wrong. The sedans recommend a 10k front and 8k rear as their entry setup. I have been told that the verts carry so much extra weight in the rear that they recommend a 10k front and 12k rear rate.
We shall see Thursday when the Megan LPs show up...

The vendor told me the sedan uses 12kfront/8k rear on the BC BR coilovers and they always put the 10K on the rear for the vert.

So, I am installing the coils now on the vert and wanted to clear the air on the spring rate question.
Attached are a couple of pics, which include the adjustment instructions and package contents. The close ups show they are designed for the verts, and that the 10k spring is for the front and the 12k spring is for the rear. The last pic is just for showing off...lol

Thanks man...mod list is pretty short so far:
Painted calipers
Velgen 19" matte silver wheels
Nitto NT555 tires
Megan LP coils
Fsport front and rear sways
Had to test the height for the driveway, and cleared no problem so we are going lower. Still have some more small things on order, but we are off to a good start. Still only 500 miles...lol

Looks like the sedan setup, just the next level stiffer. I contacted 3 well known CL vendors and they all told me the suspension companies recommend a higher spring rate for the rear due to that extra 500 or so pounds.
Not trying to get into a pissing contest, but what you put on your car is different than all the recommendations I got while shopping around last week. If that setup works for you, that's great. After installing the coils and sways, the vert handles just as solid as my sedan, so we are happy with our setup.

Just seems strange that they wanted you to put the 10K in the front with all of the engine weight up front.

Thats exactly what they told me also, thats why instead of the standard 12K/8K the did a custom 12K/10K. Megan must be different than BC. CircuitMS a club vender is the ones that told me what they always do for the Vert. The coils are the same for the sedan and vert with the exception of the higher spring rate for the rear. I called them when mine came and the box didn't say ISX50C and they told me they are the same but need the 10K in the rear.

I have attached a couple of sections from the BC Racing NA 2013 application guide, and the first is just the heading so you know what numbers are what. What we are going to be looking at is the front and rear spring part numbers. The last number is the spring rate in 1000s.
As you can see from picture #2, that the standard sedan spring rates are indeed 10k front and 8k rear as I have mentioned a couple of times.
As you can see from picture #3, that the recommended spring rates for the verts FROM BC is 10k front and 12k rear.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but looks like you have the wrong spring rates...
