TSB SB0145-11 NAV Blemish
Trying to get a copy of the TSB for the Lexus 2010 IS 350C for Nav screen blemish issue.
I bought this used, but under warranty, and that was one of the first things I noticed, but I didn't make a big deal of it. The touch screen is permanently damaged and unclean-able due to finger oils. Not sure why they didn't use a better product, like gorilla glass (I guess it's a safety hazard).
I found it at a couple of links, but I'm cheap and don't feel like paying $26 for it.

Update; I contacted the dealer in Grapevine, TX that sold me the car. After speaking with two service managers, one wanted to try to clean the lens of the NAV unit with a special cleaner and the other questioned that my warranty has limitations and may not cover the damage. I just had a TSB fulfilled on a Dodge and it had zero to do with the warranty. It is tied to the VIN number and is akin to a recall. So now I'm attempting to go to a different dealer that is much closer to my home. Tired of any and all kinds of resistance especially when it doesn't cost the dealer a penny to do the work.

Mine too
Lexus dealer looked at my nav screen during an oil change this week. They are going to replace it under warranty. They blew me away when they shared that the repair is being billed at $12,000. Is it just me or is that crazy? They should offer me $2,500 just to live with it and I happily would. Or, they could trade me up to a new 2014 for that price. I am shocked. I wonder what the part really costs.
