Default Exhaust question

I've recently bought a IS-C and I'm not looking to do any major mods because I have another car for that, but I would like to beef up the sound of the car because with the stock exhaust there isn't any rumble. I see they don't make any exhaust systems so I was wondering if it would be easier to just do a muffler delete and just buy 2 tips and go from there? Curious to know if the muffler shop could attach hangers without the actual muffler?

Head on over to the 2IS forum and a few folks have done straight pipes. Not sure of the sound you're looking for but it may be worth a visit. Im sure they can make it happen. It is just welding after all. Probably even do some universal muffflers that are less restrictive and sound nice as well.

Thanks dude, that's exactly what I was thinking its just a regular weld. I just need something that has a slight growl nothing super loud anymore lol
