Hi there,

The ISCs have been out for a few years now. What are the TSBs for them?

I haven't done any on my IS 250C. Thinking about getting some done next time.

that list also didnt mention the tsb for convertible top rattle. it takes 1 day to do and its covered under warranty 100%

Thanks. What's the symptom of this rattle.

I hear a leather on leather rubbing noise near the backseat when I drive around 35MPH to 45MPH, it is driving me nuts.

any kind of noise from the back seat area of an convertible can be a relation to getting this tsb done. but if your are for certain that its your leather rubbing just press on your seats a little to get them worn in.

Good point.

I took my convertible to Longo Lexus. My service supervisor was Jimmy Thach. He acknowledged the problem and recommended to get the TSB done. They kept the car for a week and did a good job fix the rattle. I was updated through the process. It is a lot quieter now, before it rattled like a tin box.

Good experience with Longo and Jimmy.
