Default Early Navigation Screen Fade

Hey guy,

Just a question for other IS-C owners out there. Have you noticed your navigation screen to be faded a bit per-maturely? My Fiance's 2010 Convertible's screen looks like **** with fingerprint stains embedded in the screen and with a lot of fade in general. We brought the car to Lexus of Manhattan and they said this was normal (I thought that was b.s.). Thanks guys for any advice.

Repair Procedure

Thanks guys for the info. Im going to try again and bring this thread up. If the dealer still refuses, is there a central/national Lexus customer service to contact?
