Default 2011 ISC 250 side swipped!

My wife came home last night for us to find two deep 3"-4" horizontal scratch's on the left hand side of bumper and scratch marks and paint pecks on fender well. We are sick! This happened at the place my Wife works in the parking lot. It is a temporary site with no Cameras.

I doubt the Bastard who did this will come forward. Will this be a collision or comprehensive claim?
I have a $500 dollar collision deductible and a $200 dollar comprehensive deductible.

The best I can tell, The bumper is not cracked; just really deep scratch's. The other scratch's are on the fender well. I think the bumper will not have to be replaced.

I am thinking after today of just getting the fix done without filing a claim because it could cause my insurance rate to go up.

Should I get a estimate before I file a claim with the IC? Also, Would you use Lexus to do the paint job? The Lexus Dealership is 100 miles from home. I have a Toyota dealership 35 miles from home.

I will post pictures when I can get a picture in daylight hours.

What in the world would put them type of DEEP scratch's at the bottom of my bumper? So puzzled...

Just called and found that my Lexus Dealer in Shreveport, Louisiana has no body shop. They have a private owned body shop that does there work for them....

Man that really sucks sorry to hear that. Worthless people like that need to die by fire. I don't work in a body shop or anything however I have some experience under my belt, As I have done plenty of body work on my IS as well. But judging by what you are telling me, I can tell you repairs will be over 500 if theres any dents and spider cracks in your bumper and fender and if the scratches are deeper than the paint. Good luck with your repairs. Toyota should do just fine on your car. After all they do belong to Lexus

Default Pictures of Car after Idiot hit ISC 250

Here are pictures of our 2011 ISC 250 after someone hit us in a parking lot yesterday. No idea who did this and no one has come forth.
What could have done this? I mean Damn! What will it need to be repaired? Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.

No where near a shopping establishment. This is a office parking lot.

Damn that sucks man. Looks like the bumper tabs are off and needs to be repainted. Your insurance should cover the hit n run hopefully.

Depends on your deductible. Honostly, that's not that bad. See if a body shop can realign the bumper and do a buff.

My deductible is 200 Comprehensive; 500 collision. I "think" it will be Comprehensive since we are actually not at fault.

No,there is no clear bra. I am no expert but I think the scratches are to deep to buff out; I run my fingers across the scratches and they feel deep.

Some says they think the bumper tabs are off. How can I tell? The bumper did not feel loose but once again I know little about Body work.
