Default car wrapped, what color wheels?

350 F Sport wrapped in Matte Grey Aluminum w/ gloss black roof and all chrome wrapped in gloss black as well. I think black wheels would look best, but I can't decide. What do you guys think? This is my wife's DD and I worried about lowering it, so I don't know if I should stick to 18" at stock height, 19" at stock height, or 19" on RSR half downs

Shiny black for the wheels. How much did you pay for the whole car to be wrapped? Just curious.

A total of $3,400. Breakdown:
$2,500 for the body
$400 for all the chrome trim / badges
$500 for a ceramic coating to help protect it and extend the warranty to 10yrs

I have the same color wrap on my car lol. Black will be the best choice for our color. Also you should do your mirror gloss black. It makes a big difference

Im confused. Why do some of you guys have their cars wrapped? What I mean is, why would you want a dull matte finish as opposed to shiny paint?

its down to taste. just some want their cars to look extra "tough" or extra "cool" or extra military. they wanna look fly and pimp. it's all a matter of taste =) But the gloss roof does look cool!

Personally I agree with you though!... I prefer gloss. It's class.. and best of all... it's free!

Like @E46CT said, it is a matter of taste. To me, and more importantly my wife (it's her car), we like having something different than all the other ISs on the road. Plus, I can pull the vinyl off whenever I choose, and have brand new paint underneath. So, it's an investment in my eyes when it's time to get rid of this one.

& you basically have protection all around the car (like a clear bra). So you get the keep the factory paint fresh and unharmed!

However, I do hear stories that rock chips can rip through vinyl.. soo

Like said above, it's all about taste. Everybody express themselves different and this is one of them. For me, I do love the gloss but Louscrw said that we just want to be different. Overall it is an investment because it protect the paint of the entire car. I have taken parts of it off and rewrapping it myself and the paint looks brand new. I mean to say Gloss is classy is technically correct but then it doesn't mean others are not. Look at some of the cars companies now making these satin/matte color from factory. At the end of the day, it's all opinion base

I didn't take it that way. For us, aside from having something a little different, my wife fell in love with the S550 coupe "night edition" which had a matte finish that we saw at an auto show. Next thing you know, I'm making an appointment to get the IS wrapped. Happy wife = happy life
