Default Different front badge for L logo

I've seen a few 3IS' with a 3D Lexus logo on the front versus the flat one that comes from the factory. Where did they get that? How do you install it?

Also interested. Never Noticed! I do think the one we have stock is cheap looking.

Agreed, I have the F sport decal over it right now but I'd rather have the Lexus logo

Do a search. I'm pretty sure there are threads regarding this emblem install.

I know a few people who removed the entire emblem unit and put in the 2011 RX350 model Years emblem unit (the back outing and also the emblem on top). They then just painted or plastidip/autodipped it.

It was around $80ish total when I last checked a year ago.

The emblem size will fit perfectly in?

If you remove our entire front emblem (it's held on by like two wierd pins, pain to remove.

If you insert the RX350 backing in our emblems place, it's meant for it. So it will fit perfectly

Oh man

Fairly expensive for emblems but that shiny finish is something that would be hard to achieve with-out professional painting.

I have a 2009 and 2014 IS. That logo looks exactly like the one that is on my 2009 model. Aside from the L being silver on mine. If you guys have the collision sensors you're not going to be able to change the emblem.

I have that emblem installed and I love it. It was a pain removing the original one but installing the new one is easy. There are two pins that hold in the original, and I broke both of them removing them. Doesn't really matter unless you plan on putting the old ones back in.

I bight the 2011 RX350 badge (it's $100 cheaper lol) and I'm gonna follow someone's DIY for the black pearl. I can't get myself to spend that much money on badges..
