Default Kia twin turbo? Where's the ISXXX twin turbo??

Can't believe I'm posting this, but I'll need a new car in 2018 and this thing has me looking at it...

C'mon lexus, give me more power in the IS line... can't stand the dash on the kia, but, if you removed all the bages, would be hard to tell it's a kia!

Thoughts?

Specs looks real good. The back looks great as well. It's just the front that I don't really like, imo

Just gonna wonder how much this would go for.. It mentioned the 4 series and GS. Probably gonna be about that price range?

60-70k for a kia =\

Closer to 40-50k is my guess. Right above the Optima in terms of pricing and class.

If that's the case, this kia would be competing with the IS, 3series, A4. And on paper, this thing shts on all of them. No offense on our beloved IS

*Might throw in the RC

Well hopefully this will make Lexus get off their high horse and take some of their competition seriously.

Kia has come a very long way in the last 10 years.

This is Kia being Kia. They copy bits and pieces from others. The tail is a Dodge Dart, the hatchback profile straight from an Audi A5 Sportback. The front end a mix of too many to mention, but end result is a 90's throwback. The brake ducts and square flares from BMW. Interior trying to be a MB. NO design language or charisma of their own. Makes me love my IS even more. Unmistakenly a Lexus own image with the spindle grill, lines, speak 100% genuine Lexus.

Wasn't fond of it until I saw the non-red version. Not bad, but Genesis is also working on a 3.3L TT G80 sedan and I'd personally opt in for that vs the Kia. It's hard to commit to that styling even though it's nicely unique.
