Default Vinyl wrapping unpainted lip spoiler?

Thinking of getting an unpainted lip spoiler from Amazon, more so for the looks of my car. Would I be able to dyi vinyl wrap it instead of bringing it to shop to get it paint? Or would the cost be really there same? Is it hard to paint if I want to cheap out by purchasing paint from dealer and DYI? Mine is atomic silver color. I'm a complete noob in this, want to hear from the pros.

Just get a spray can (use your paint code) off ebay and give it a go you will enjoy it even more good luck.

I'll use this opportunity to wrap it CF or a different color =D

* Dealer's don't sell paint, only touch up pens. You could ask the dealer if they have an onsite body shop, they can help you paint it the correct color (atomic silver)
