So I ran over some roadkill last night and started hearing something underneath my car, sounds like something is stuck and dragging across the road. I took a picture here attached to the thread. What is this and how do I glue back on?

It looks like a small piece of plastic trim. Because it's painted, I'm guessing that's from the rocker panel area... It looks like the plastic has been ripped around a bolt or something. Personally, I would just cut the foam and leave it off. If you want to find out where it's from, chances are the other side of the car will give a good idea.
