right. got my 2016 200t f-sport two weeks ago for 36 and change. a december to remember.

If you get a fully loaded IS350, the MSRP is slightly above $50k. The junior versions are much cheaper though

Are you really using MSRP? Invicta thinks their watches are worth $500+. Does that make it true?

Right, but that's what the sell for. That's what they are "worth". Bottom line is, if you have money for a newer Lexus, you have $500 to fix a bumper. I think thats more of the point.

For the love of anything and everything... PLEASE do NOT do this yourself. Might as well have picked up a $1000 95 honda civic if it's going to get a "DIY" treatment when damage occurs...

I guess the point made by those disputing the $50K car statement is that DIY is fine because the car was not really $50K, but if it were, DIY would not be fine?

I think DIY is the beginning of the slide to having a car that looks pretty scruffy before too long and would not do it personally, but to each their own.

The grocery store has liability insurance to pay for things like this. You should report to the store and let them pay for it...
