F-Sport Grille Conversion
I figure this topic may have been touched on before, but is it possible to just swap in the 2014 F sport grille on a base 2014 IS 250? I've been searching for the F sports (located in Washington DC area) but they're hard to come by from the standards I hold. I went to look at an F sport 350 today and found a fantastic dark blue with dark tan interior IS 250 at the same lot -- only issue was it was not an F sport. 30k miles and $26k out the door for it. I'm in love with the F sport grille though, but the color combination and price are really fantastic on this Lexus and I'd hate to miss out on it just because of a grille I can later swap (if possible). What would be the costs associated with this and is it even possible?
thanks!

Welcome to the forum.
I recommend searching, but to answer your question: no. If you wanted the grille on a non-F, you would have to get an F-Sport front bumper, spindle grille, chrome surround, and fender liner. If you wanted to retain fog light functionality, you would also have to get fog lights (OEM or aftermarket). I believe that covers everything and it would cost a pretty penny. In California, I think I estimated the cost to be at least 1000, including paint and labour.
Best of luck!
