IS 350 F Sport Staggered Wheel Question
First, I have searched the forums for a similar question, nothing found.
The front wheels are 18x8 and the rear wheels are 18x8.5 with two different tire sizes front and rear. My question is this: If I purchased a set of two 18x8.5 Lexus F Sport rear wheels and mounted the same size tires, 255-35-18, and mounted them on the front, would they fit without rubbing the inner fender wells or frame? I would prefer to have the same size wheels and tires front and rear.
I have seen several adds selling a complete set of four F Sport wheels and I thought I could use the wider read wheels on all four corners most of the time. I would then mount the smaller 18x8 front wheels with winter tires during the winter on all four corners. I would have two complete sets of wheels and tires but not the way Lexus designed it, wide wheels & tires for summer, narrow wheels & tires for the winter. All advice appreciated!

Rears won't fit in the front without spacers. And 255 in front will also mostly rub and make the steering harder to turn.
I'm running 245/40-18 up front for my summer setup and had some slight rubbing.

Nothing better than actually mounting them up and taking some pictures.
