Tracking Vehicle During Freight
I was wondering if anyone had any experience/ideas about a way to track a vehicle during shipment. I recently signed a contract on a new 2017 IS350 F Sport to replace my 2015. The car left Japan on 11/9 and I think it made landfall on 11/30. I searched the forums and found ways to track the car during shipping, but not once it has made it stateside. Is there a way to see where the car is if I have the VIN or at the very least get a decent estimate for how long it takes it to get from US port to Texas?

Welcome. Try contacting your dealer to see if they know of a way to track the transport. When you say it made landfall, did it come to port in LA, or go down south through the PC and arrive at Gulf States? Depending on where it made landfall, shouldn't be too much longer.

I tracked my car from the port in Japan to the port here in NY/NJ. However, once it arrived I lost visibility of it and the only updates I received were from the dealer. This was a truck delivery from the port. The good thing is that it arrived a few days prior to their prediction.
