Default F-sport wheel peeling

Hi all - was getting ready to swap for winter setup and noticed that the lacquer (?) on the front left wheel is peeling off. Having dealer's roving wheel tech take a look tomorrow but would like to know if others have encountered this. Service writer already tried to convince me that the wheels are not painted ("they're graphite"). It's just one wheel, car is a '14 CPO IS350 F-sport I got in Jan with 34k miles at the moment. Seems pretty odd and defective.

Thanks!

I had that happen ONCE on my old car (non Lexus) and it turned out to be I had a leaky brake line.

Brake fluid eats paint.

I had OEM M3 wheels on my E92 a few years ago. When I purchased them used they were just scuffed and had some rash no peeling clear coat. I had them re done TWICE by the dealer who offered a loaner car and charged the same price as the independent 3rd party shop they sent them two. For some reason the clear coat kept peeling however I had no curb rash so dealer kept fixing them based on their "we warranty all of our work". I'm thinking now I had a break problem? But all 4 were like this and 10x worse! I remember using some foam wheel cleaner at the time too. Could be to abrasive.
