You need to have either the left or right mirror button pressed for it to work automatically. When in reverse, you can adjust it to any position you want.

USA and Canada Spec MUST HAVE memory seats to be able to have tilted side mirrors when vehicle is in reverse.

Which sadly means F-Sport trims do not have this feature in North America.
