Default Sirius XM Satellite Signal

Hey Gang,
Curious if what I'm experiencing with signal strength of my Satellite radio in my 2014 IS is normal behavior.
My previous vehicle also had Sirius and I would only lose signal strength if passing underneath a wide overpass, going through a tunnel, etc - scenarios where you would expect momentary signal loss. What I'm experiencing in my IS is that tall concrete structures (only one side of the road) will sometimes interfere with my signal. By tall, I mean 3-4 stories high. It doesn't always happen, but often enough that it's starting to become annoying. In my previous car I would lose the signal 1-2 during my drive to work. In the IS, using the same route, I lose it 6-8 times. Is this normal/is the antenna on the Lexus weak, or do I potentially have a damaged satellite antenna?
Thanks,
W

Thanks! I did a quick forum search on "satellite" but didn't find anything so glad you pointed me to this link.
I found this TSB with your help: http://www.revbase.com/BBBMotor/TSb/...dPdf?id=189113
My car is at the dealership now so I'll see if they can run this test real quick.
