Default Help finding a shift ****

Hi all, I am from the 6ES forum, but I was lurking on the 3IS forum and I had a question, I saw this shift **** on the 3IS forum but the owner isn't replying. So I wanted to see if anyone knows where I can buy this from?

I remember seeing that on some Japanese Lexus owner's blog.. he took the OEM piece into a local car interior upholstery place and had the leather redone to match the red seats.

Bro, did you install your rear diffuser? Regarding the shift ****, I think I paid more than that due to shipping and exchange rate. Hopefully it's worth it.
