Default Good Lease Payment?

A 2016 IS300 F Sport with Nav, ultra white paint with the rioja red interior with a retail price of $47,333. The best offer i got so far was 36 month/10k a year with 2500 down payment they can do 399 per month? How does this pricing compare to yours? Is it a good deal?

No, I mean it is not that great, really. I mean, you are looking at an IS300 F Sport and mine was a 2014 IS 250 F Sport, but I still think you are getting kind of hosed. Mine was down to 44K and the 350 was down to $43,150. I think you are getting taken for a few grand, but that's just my opinion.

Which state is that in? I am assuming different states would have their specific leas or buy prices based on demand.

Yeah OP is in PA. I am in CA. They tend to rip us for every dime. Every dime including sales tax and property tax, but the weather really is nice.

399 is a lot for 2500 down. If you can, wait for the 17 to come out and you probably can get the same car for 329 with lesser down.

Doesn't sound great. I would never come out of pocket with that much for a lease. Keep your money in your pocket!

A lot of factors here. Does that price include tax? How is tax calculated where you live? Is it on the selling price of the car or on the lease payment itself? Where does the 2500 down go? Does it cover fees and first payment or is it a cap cost reduction? What money factor are they quoting you? For comparison sake, I have a 2015 IS350 F Sport and pay 505/month on a 12k/27 month lease with 0 down in TX where they tax the entire selling price of the vehicle on leases (bumped my payment up about $110/month over the base payment). I got my IS when the residuals were crazy high and December to Remember was going on. I think you can do better now but if you can wait, DtoR begins sometime in November and you'd probably get a better deal.
