Default Made it to the strip last night

Well the conditions weren't the best with it being 85 degrees and very humid at 8pm. Either way I got 5 passes in ranging from 14.698 to 14.546. Best trap speed was 97.5mph but that wasn't on my fastest pass so I have some work to do on that. Best r/t time .730. Also this my first time at the drag strip so I didn't have the best r/t times. All passes were done it sport+ mode 4 of the 5 manually shifting. Overall we had a blast but was shooting for a little faster ( around 14.2) . Its a good baseline before mods though

My best pass
r/t 1.057
60' 2.257
330 6.222
1/8 9.448 (75.43 mph)
1000' 12.215
1/4 14.546
MPH 96.49

Does anyone else have times they've ran with or without mods?

The ET is what it is, I'm more surprised at the low trap speed. I would have thought it would be 100 mph.

I see you have a GX460. I raced a X5 last night and that thing was quick 13.3 for its size. He had ran a 12.98 for his best time on a cool night

My GX is a pig but I like it. More truck like and pretty ugly but it can handle anything I like the X5M's, SRTs and Cayennes for a more sporty and fast ride. We thought about trading ours in but will wait until next year for that.

I am leasing a new IS350 F-sport Monday, just waiting for the car to come in from another dealer. I really wanted a S3 but my wife didn't like it. I like the IS but am a little disappointed in its acceleration, it just feels a little sluggish for 306hp.

Yes I agree doesn't feel like 306hp. I was in between an IS and a S4. But we figured the IS is more reliable in the long run. At 330hp the S4 felt a lot faster.

the 2IS has quicker gearing and is actually faster than the 3IS. i agree with the IS350 being slow, the BMW 328i almost outperforms it...
