Edit: I checked. They are staggered.
I thought AWD cars are square set up and the RWD IS is staggered.

Just double checked since you made me doubt myself. It is definitely staggered. Lol.

Yes the AWD f sports are staggered setup as well. I have a pretty honest service tech at my lexus dealership and he even said that I can do the 30k service myself by buying parts online and doing the visual checks myself. He told me this when I denied to get the 30k service check and just got the usual oil change. Lol

So the tires can't be rotated. So, the basic maintenance is -

Change engine oil and filter
Replace cabin air filter
Re-torque drive shaft flange bolts
Look at everything else - which a Toyota dealer (or for that matter, any independent mechanic) can do for you, too

Ask around and you can save yourself $200.

Interesting, the 20K service schedule in my IS350 manual looks a lot simpler. Nothing like "re-torque", there is "tighten nuts and bolts" but only for vehicles subjected to heavy-duty driving conditions.

I would call toyota and confirm the part number. When i initially called lexus to ask them what the oil filter part numbers were they refused to tell me which is why i never bring my car to lexus for service because they lack in the customer service department. In regards to the cabin filters and engine air filters i purchased them on ebay for around 12$ for each and it was easy to install, youtube it and it will take you no more than 5 minutes to replace it. And do your own oil change if you can
I'm sure that Lexus would sell you all those filters. The real savings comes from the labor, anyway.
