Default JoeZ + invidia midpipe fitment issue

So i recently got an invidia midpipe paired with my JoeZ axle back. Its been rattling a bit and finally decided to look at it. Seems like the JoeZ is hitting a hanger or hook or some sort.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Also was wondering, when installing a JoeZ axle back onto the invidia midpipe, what bolts/nuts and gaskets did you guys use because the OEM donut gaskets and screws did not fit. So the mechanic used other parts to make it work. I bought both JoeZ and Invidia used so I'm not sure what accessories came with what.

Thanks!

Heres a pic of what the JoeZ is hitting. (the black thing on the top)

I had the same issue with the tsudo and joez combo. I ended up bending that inner black hanger up away from the muffler. Fixed the issue and it did not change the exhaust height because only the tip of the hanger is being bent up. The tsudo midpipe came with its own spring loaded bolts and donut so I don't have the pairing issue you have.

OP, I have the same set up but I do not have this problem. You can try to adjust the muffler to get it fix. Here is a clip that I made after the installation.

I believe I have this exact issue rite now. It's extremely loud. Going to get on ramps today and try to solve.

Edit: for info - Apexi mid-pipe with an F-sport axle back. 2014 IS350 AWD.

Bent up the hangers on both sides. "Installed" a piece of gorilla tape to the end of each in case it does make contact again.

I'd be interested to see what JoeZ has to say about this? Does he blame it on the non-OE mid pipe or is it a faulty design?

I'd wrap the chassis hanger with a few layers of fiberglass heat tape/wrap. Maybe even get a rubber cap and put it on the end of the hanger and then wrap it with heat wrap...

My set up is Apexi and stock f-sport. A rubber cap on the end of the hanger would have solved the noise also but bending them up and away was just as effective.

Just slide the muffler forward. That is pushed to far back on the factory hanger.
