Fourrrrrrget abouuuuuuutttt itttt
Get a 2015
I think the 2014 have issues with the nulux seats cracking and you don't get the cooled seats
Dead battery issue
No Lexus enform app
The center console looks greasy lol
People change the front brakes because of the dust
The mouse is different lol
And last get a 350!!

Now 2016 has some notable improvements, like the larger screen.

The pursuit of F
Check the servicing history for any battery drain issues. If there are, you want to have the ECU replaced as the latest likely fix. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...hreads-39.html
But for an extra two grand or so used, I agree with the others - get the 350.

I sell 15+ 2014+ ISs a month, 50-75% of which are F-Sports.
These cars EAT brakes, especially the rear rotors which are frequently scored up on the inside. 17K mile car needing front and back brakes? Typical.
These cars also munch tires, check the inner edges of the tires carefully as it's not uncommon to see 5+ /32nds on them and have the inner edge of the tread be worn bald.
As far as actual problems with them? Hardly anything ever. My experiences are with AWD cars, YMMV. I also CPO my cars so I have to change brakes if the rotors are nasty or if the pads are less than 6mm, but I do see plenty of low mile cars coming in with very thin pads.
Feel free to PM me the VIN and I can check to see if there's anything nasty on the car's service history.

Hey Guys thanks for the great feedback!
So I have an update:
My local lexus dealership finally agreed to inspect the car. And they inspected it so well. Very thorough inspection.
There was a red flag though. The technicians mentioned that the inside of the car smelled like it may have taken water. They weren't sure and to check would require they take up the carpet, the seats, and check the padding underneath. Thats 8hrs of labor for a problem that may or may not even exist .
The dealership selling the car doesn't want to check because they are adamant that the car hasn't taken water and I personally dont think so either.
The car facts dont mention any water damage and the engine showed so sign of water damage.
Im kind of stuck here. Is there a cheaper way to know for sure, or should I just avoid this car and go for the 350? (FYI, the price on this isnt bad).
Thanks guys. means a lot.

Go with the 350,and don't look back.Bought a 250 and IMMEDIATELY regretted it the first time i merged onto the interstate.Had to cut off the AC to get up to speed.Expensive lesson learned.
