spray painted wheels :(
so I just bought a new is350 f sport and got a great deal the only thing bothering me is they spray painted the factory wheels flat black. so I was wondering is there anyway to remove the paint with out destroying the original finish? I didn't wanna try acetone and ruin the wheels plus I don't know what the original finish is if it's paint or powder or what so any help would be awesome. thanks guy!

Do you have pics? Why did "they" paint the wheels black? If you had agreed to accept the car as-is, you'll have no recourse in getting the place where you got your car from to pick up the tab on providing you with OEM wheels or repairing the finish to the original, factory condition.
The original finish is a steel gray/gunmetal-type paint finish. Unless you are experienced in refinishing wheels, it's probably best to leave it in the hands of a wheel repair/paint specialist.
These links might help re the finish.

Try using your finger nail to see if you can scratch a bit of it off.. If it comes off easily, I would try a rubbing compound for paint to see if it removes it easily, you'll have to be careful though not to go into the factory clearcoat on the original paint, provided it is still there.

If the dealership did it, I'm pretty sure they didn't use a rattle can. My dealership does that to their Custom Creation Cars but they give the wheels to their body shop to do a real paint job on them. A reputable dealership is either going to have their body shop do it or send them out for powder coat. Either way, at the very least the top coat of the factory rims were sanded down to allow the paint/powder coat to stick better. So even if you could get it off, there won't be much left to the factory rims/finish underneath it.
Bottom line, that isn't coming off. If you didn't want the black wheels, you should have ask them to swap the rims out or bought a different car. Sorry.

If they are high quality/sanded/durable finished wheels try posting
pictures and get a CL/Craigs List/EBay buyer to swap for stock.
