Parts actually share with GS
Based on the diagram it's possible, it must be prewired, the concern will be where to place the rain sensor as many have mentioned we have some dot matrix on our f sport windshields, if someone try it let us know to see the results.

I am able to find the rain sensor's part number

8994152010 - Rain sensor
8994353010 - Mirror inside cover w/rain sensing
5610153800 - Windshield Lexus, w/rain sensing, w/o lane keep asst.

I agree that we will need to replace the windshield to get it working. May be we should add lane keep assist as well lol

Hey Edwin8484,

I was looking for the free wires that you showed in the bumper but i was unable to find them. On the driver side, I found a loose cable that looked like the plug in your other thread. On the passenger side I did not see any loose wires at all. I am thinking maybe they were tucked in somewhere. Can you provide some insight into where you found them? Thanks in advance.

This is the plug I found on the driver side. I used your pic for reference.

Were you able to locate the passenger plugs? If so, any tips on where they are located?

The first picture I took is from the passenger side... I was not able to find any of the plugs needed to be plug and play. =\ hopefully someone else will be able to share. I'm sure it's just secured somewhere and I just don't see it.

I'd be quite interested in the automatic wipers retrofit! I don't see why some careful paint remover or similar wouldn't help remove a section of the dot matrix for the sensor, right? Maybe I'm just crazy. Either way, subbed to the thread!

where would the wires from the foglight area connect to?

So lets say you didn't purchase the stalk w/ the fog light function, and there was extra wires in the foglight area. what controls the foglights then if they were plugged into these extra wires?

Has anyone fully removed the bumper to try and locate these wires? I think I'm just going to use the aftermarket wiring kit with a switch control..

were you ever able to find them?

I would like to install my foglights and have the aftermarket harness and button switch ready to go, but may get the stalk if everything is already pre-wired and ready to go. so far, only the OP has been able to locate the extra wiring that connects straight to the stalk. The previous Joe-Z/nigel installation thread used the OEM stalk but used an aftermarket harness to make everything work. If the OP could chime in to clarify that would be great.

Platinum job! I wired them to the LED DRLs when the headlights are on. I can't imagine any situation where I'd be running the main headlights and NOT the LED fog lights. When I had my CT200h, the fogs stayed on 100% of the time when headlights are on. Win/win.

Default I've been MIA, sorry!

Hello everyone, sorry I kind of went MIA on y'all. I've been super busy with school and work. Plus being a parent lol. Anyways the wire is there you juts have to be careful when looking. The wire should be taped or together with the gray conector for the DRLs. The plus is black with a black plug that's there to keep the conector protected. Once you take that protector the inside of the conector should look green like my first pictures. Somone in another thread posted some pictures and a detailed guide on how to do it connecting it to the DRLs. I'll post the link and the picture I'm referring to.
the stalk you can get from eBay for a decent price. $100 or less. Just search for Lexus GS stalk and refine your search to used items.
