I'd advise against. Everyone I know that dipped some parts (including me) regretted it. It permanently stained my old wheels. If you ever do it, make sure to put couple coats of black under the color. Add adding glossifier on top will make it brittle and hard to remove.

Way to stick to your guns OP. It is not for me personally, but maybe 10-15 years ago I would have tried it. I bet you certainly will get looks and comments as you drive it around. Best part is, you can go back to Nebula with a few hours of peeling and some sore fingers.

thanks for replies guys, I'm actually planning on redoing couple of spots on the car, I'm going to black out all the emblems and adding gloss fire on top of it for better shine

dnasians thanks for the suggestion fog lite insert will be black just forgot to peel off the plasti dip, about the diffuser it will be very difficult to do without making brake line with in two colors

someone else on the forum wrapped their atomic silver 3IS in blue. I had a neighbor's daughter that that had a silver FRS wrapped in red. One way to get a color change, without having to commit long term, or to be able to change later.
To OP, if you like, all good, the RC doesn't look bad in this color, so this is unique.
