where do these pieces go?
so I got my is350 last week been learning it, loving it. I open the glove box and find these 2 plastic caps I can't see in the picture where it goes can one of you guys point me to where if I even need it. thanks

This seems to be happening more and more lately. They were supposed to have been installed for you prior to delivery. Here's a similar thread in the NX forum.

thanks I still have no clue where they go but it's not a important thing. I'm gonna call them and complain that when I pay 50k for a car I expect all the plastic pieces to be put in for me

Well, you can ask for a partial refund on your PDI charges, since they didn't do the full job. Those pcs are important in the long term. They ensure water doesn't get into the under carriage thus prevent premature rusting. Manufacturers don't install them at the factory because a lot of processes rely on solvants, cleaners and water that need to drain out and dry during shipping
