Default New F Sport Emblems

Since I've blacked out all of my chrome and have dark wheels, the F Sport emblems kind of stuck out a little too much with the bright white against my dark car. So.........I made a change.

Thank you.
When I had my chrome wrapped the shop also painted my emblems black. This included the F Sport emblem (which I wasn't aware of and immediately hated). So, I ordered replacements and painted the white portion black using an enamel paint pen. I would NOT suggest that these be painted while on the car due to the nature of the paint pen.

I don't remember the exact brand, but it was a waterproof paint. I do remember that the tip was around .7mm.

Hairdryer and dental floss. It took about 5 minutes and was surprisingly easy.

Thank you. I thought I could live with the logo painted all black. But, it just looked like a black square and it really started to bug me. It definitely needed contrast.

Blast from the past. This looks great! I understand there are 2 holes behind each emblem, so you removed with dental floss, painted them and then reinstalled with new 3M tape and the guide holes lined them up for you?

thanks!
