Lexus will not take care of it. It'll be up to your insurance. If you haven't called them already, you should. They may have preferred or required body shops to work with.

Yes, I filed a claim with my insurance company the same night it happened. They actually called me today to set up an appointment for next week to a preferred body shop. After they look at it, I'll have the option to get it taken care of there or anywhere else I want.
