Default Bluetooth sound is low until a phone call

This might sound weird but whenever i use bluetooth with my phone for music, i'm up at like 49-55 volume to even feel it / hear it. As soon as another program over rides the music, such as a phone call, where the music is completely off, the sound will shoot up to normal volume upon hanging up. How can I have normal volume ALL the time.

Turn up the volume on your PHONE.

I have an iPhone 6 and if the volume is low on the phone, so will the radio.

I have an Android, however it's not the phones volume. It's all the way up. It's something to do with bluetooth.

It seems to be a common problem only on Android phones according to google..

Some people suggest unpairing the device and then pairing them again.

It's most likely a setting on your phone if it's Android. Check your phone to make sure there's no system-wide EQ or volume limiter settings active. My cousin had the same issue but it turns out LG has a bunch of pre-installed software that messes with the audio, and it was perfect once he turned it off.

Looks like you need to upgrade to an iPhone

i dunno about iphones but i know android has volume levels for different things

look: http://www.androidcentral.com/sites/...-2-9zh2jqc.jpg

media is the volume that controls the music volume.. so if you max your media volume, it should be pretty loud around 30-40 car volume..

phone call volume has its own volume setting. just press the volume up button on your phone when music is playing..

hope this helped

I had this experience on my IS and never on the RC. Well, RC has the ML audio so it might be the actual audio system?

One thing to look is make sure it's not your mp3 music. Try playing several different songs and see if there's a volume difference. Sometimes it's the way the mp3 songs are processed.

Ive got ML audio in my IS.

the same songs play perfectly fine sometimes and after a call or something it just seems dull or lowered.
