2016 IS350 F Sport Ques. on "Quad Exhaust Tips"
Hi All:
I had a question that I'm hoping you can assist with. I'm leasing a 2016 IS350 F sport. That I don't want to put too much money in, therefore I don't want to add a complete exhaust system. ..... I don't want to spend the money for a catback or axelback system when I may not keep this car.
So for appearance purposes only I want to add a rear diffuser and the stacked "Quad Exhaust TIP's"I noticed on the stacked quad exhaust the TIP's are "oval" not "round"
Can anyone recommend a site or vendor that sells quad exhaust "Tip's" that are oval shaped.
Thank You

To answer your question on if you're allowed to mod a leased car, from what my sales person told me was that I could "as long as the mod does not take value away from the car" the mod has to either keep the value of the agreed upon price of the car, when I turn it in.... which was determined during the signing of my lease or the mod has to increase the value of the car....FYI I don't plan on spending a ton of money to increase the value of a car that I maybe turning in 3 years from now.

Word of warning: Value is in the eye of the beholder. Even if it seems to you to add value or functionality, Toyota Financial Services is likely to view any modification as a decrease in value because it can make the car more difficult to sell.
Case in point: As part of my search for a used IS350 last fall, I went to a dealer to look at one. I was a bit confused ahead of time because it clearly had parking sensors in the bumpers but the rest of the options didn't seem to align with having this option. Turns out, the first owner had added an aftermarket system with an LED display unit that attached to the top of the rear view mirror. I'm sure to the first owner, it seemed to add value to the car. To me, I didn't want anything to do with this (in addition to some other red flags that scared me away from the car and the dealership).
I would advise making sure that anything you do can be seamlessly undone before you turn the car in.

Hey Mesh704 .... Your Tom's quad catbacks look very nice, I hope you can answer a few questions for me concerning your mod.
1. How do you modify your rear bumper to go from a dual exhaust system to a quad exhaust system, do you have to change out the rear bumper too?
2. Can you paste the link from where you ordered your Tom exhaust and how long did it take for them to ship exhaust to you
I'm just curious to know how an exhaust build goes.
Thanks

Hey drobbin's thanks for your input, I definitely agree with you on what or what does keep or add value to a leased car.
One persons mod may be considered junk by the finance company or a potential buyer, so whatever mod I go with I want to make sure it won't be difficult to remove if I need to.

first, you will buy rear diffuser + axle back so you dont need to change your hole bumper
it tooks them 4 months to ship it to Saudi Arabia !! you might get it faster now
you can order it from Njel-jdm or any other supplier from Japan
these some pictures of the product :
you need to take off the OEM diffuser to install Tom's diffuser
