How'd you manage to make that deal? I can't imagine the difference in value between a 2014 IS and a 2016 IS to be only $2000.

I feel the same way. If Lexus offered all the executive package stuff with the F-Sport package, I would've totally paid for it. 2016 F-Sports can get rain sensing wipers in Canada now though.

It's a lease, and with the incentives they had they ended up covering any negative equity of my 2014 by selling the 2016 to me far below MSRP by a large margin ($5K+ below MSRP).

I only wish they included memory seats for the F-Sport packages!

I would have liked:

-rain sensing wipers
-auto high beams
-memory seats

how hard would that have been?! especially when it comes on the cars factory in other parts of the world!

very strange of Lexus that Kind of model policy. In Europe you only get (old 250) no 350, no display for tmps, LED headlights on each variant (F Sport 600€ Extra), standart LED fogs , no heated steering wheel -but all other stuff if you willing to pay.
Funny- GS Models dont have the auto door lock function in Germany but auto close of the trunk (standart). In Swiss auto close is not orderable but heated steering standart also door lock

Glad to see you got a good deal and USB 2.0 indeed is more exquisite than the original USB.

Indeed, it is really strange. IMO, this kind of inconsistency of the lack of certain essential features will turn away some people especially in Europe where Lexus competitors (Audi, BMW & Mercedes) have more flexible options/packages.

Thanks Andy! I didn't really notice that much of a difference at first, but after a while I noticed that it's a bit darker and has a bit more depth to the colour now.
(2016 USB 2.0 is the top image)

There is no turning back to USB once you see USB 2.0 under strong white light such as the one in auto show which I did . It is an amazing color.

On top of that my payments went down $20/month. With sedan sales lagging due to NX and RX sales, now is a great time to upgrade.

In 2018 MY, I think they will change the front fascia to adopt multi-LED bulb lighting that will be similar to the RC, NX or RX.
Wow, wish I had that deal! and nice choice of colour!

Hey thanks! You should check with your dealer, you never know if they can do something for you too!
