Default 2016 Lexus IS300 Lease rates?

Hey guys! Sorry if this was posted in the wrong area... First time poster but I'm at a pickle, so I currently am leasing a 2013 Is250 and the lease matures sometime in March. Now I'm in St. Louis and am dealing with munganest Lexus and the current offer on the table is $478 a month with taxes and everything included for 36 months/10k miles.

What exactly are the MF and residual value right now for 36 months/10k and 27 months/10k?

I'm in the NYC area and am paying 441 for the same miles and months, didn't pay the first month and it's a 2016 350 Fsport in blue... just to compare the deals.

Geez... Yeah knew something wasn't right with the quote I got, seemed kinda high. Did you get yours in the December to Remember event?

I mean your deal already sounds really good! I'm curious though if its the lack of incentives now that's affecting my rate. They shouldn't be THAT different right?

December to Remember offered a comp'd first payment (usually part of your drive off). I think that has now expired. Otherwise, I don't think the incentives have changed much in terms of money factor and residuals. Would recommend that you get all the details (MSRP, Selling Price, MF, Residual, etc) so you know how your payment is calculated.
