I am from Dubai and I also tuned my car with the same tuner.
Believe it or not, the ECU is cracked like any other car and is possible to tune unlike all the drama that has been floating around for years about Lexus ECUs.
ECU does not compensate itself or any of that non sense.

Finally after changing the rear axle back from ( Tom's 2.0 inch to KOOKS 2.5 with pipe 2.5 )

I did dyno the car ( DYNO JET )

4th gear and showing WHP + TORQUE

Hope this time y'all believe that I gain HP

I believe that the stock IS350 makes 261 HP at the wheels, so 287 HP at the wheels seems like a decent improvement. However, doing some research online, it seems like your mods along contribute to around 10 HP, which means that the tune only gives a 16 HP increase. How much did it cost for the tune?

I don't thinks so Stock is350 is 261 HP at the wheels !! Because before tuning the car with full bolts-on was 262 HP at the wheels !!

However it cost me 2500 SAR which is about $600 USD

That's not a bad price for a tune. Cobb AP for my 335i cost about $500 used.

Mesh, thanks for providing us with countless information. You did a great job with your car.

As for everyone who thinks this tune does not work, all my doubts were cleared yesterday when I met my friend who got his Stock 2015 IS350 F-Sport tuned from the same person. After the tune his car felt a lot for responsive and clearly faster than mine.

The Rpm limiter increase and the speed limiter delete helps a lot. Not a very big fan of pops and crackles though.
