Just looking at your dyno alone, there is no reason why you would need to shift after 6-5k rpm unless you are holding the gear prior to making a turn. It seems that the power tapers at 6k rpm and you would be slower if you were to shift at 7k rpm.
i'm not sure if its a mechanical or tuning issue, but some head work would open the top end up.

The tuning issues you're having at higher RPMs is a bit odd to hear since the ECU Tune for the 2IS350 is showing a very broad powerband with peak horsepower being available from 6000-7000RPM.

326 hp awesome! Congrats! I'm curious to what top speed you can get now since you have the limiter taken off. :P
But one thing to note is that I don't think you should be pushing your car all the way to 7k rpm since it's clear that power really tapers off after 6300 rpm.
