Default IS 200t Owners - longer engine start when fuel is low?

On the NX 200t when fuel is below 1/4 tank and/or in combination with the car being on an incline, it takes a longish 4-5 seconds to start the engine. Above that volume of fuel, it's a normal start at about 1-2 seconds as would be expected with any car. There's definitely a correlation between the fuel delivery system's volume to pump fuel and the volume of fuel in the tank.

Curious if this is a similar "characteristic" with the IS 200t owners as it is with the NX 200t owners and if not, any theories as to what's different, i.e. fuel pump perhaps?
