another thing to add. Some people can deduct leasing expense from their income.

Well i'll throw in my two cents after...

After owning a 07 IS AWD for almost 7 years I couldnt be more pro-owning the car then leasing. That being said my drive to work is now less then 5 miles so I decided to upgrade to a 2015 IS-Fsport in August.

As of December 11th and less then 3k miles on the car a lady blew a red light and destroyed me. Current repair cost for the car is at $17,000+ and I'm so thankful I didnt purchase this one and its only a lease.

Sorry to hear this - hopefully you're ok - I have a massive amount of disdain for drivers who feel the need to run red lights to save a minute or two.
