Default oil change question on a leased vehicle

silly question, but first time lease, is it mandated to have oil changes at the dealer with leased vehicle? or can we go to a reputable shop ?

If you're not leasing to buy, I recommend the cheapest route. It is not required to service at a lexus dealership.

Be sure to keep all receipts though just to cover yer butt in case any warranty issues arise late though!
