With my IS 200t I got an invidia q300 axle back. Haven't found a midpipe for invidia said they do not have one that fits the IS 200t. As for the intake, someone showed me this: http://burgertuning.com/Lexus_RC200t_IS200t_Intake.html
and I am VERY interested in buying it now.

Hey Mark, we need a tuning program for our 200T's! lol...Burger Tuning is having trouble finding connectors for their tune.

I would be careful with this. Most people installing the intake are running a higher octane. It might be completely fine, but to be safe you should run it on a dyno monitoring Air Fuel Ratios (AFR) to make sure it is okay. Our California 91 octane is pretty bad these days.

nevermind I see what you mean.
the is200 stock intake takes in air from the front of the car. With the aftermarket intake, that same air will be forced right to the new intake behind the headlight. Moving that intake filter somewhere else will not make any difference.
I did 452 WHP on my old GSX Eclipse with the intake cone behind the headlight.
my buddy's old supra dynode 1500 hp with this intake:
