I was offered $402 a month for MSRP $43133, 36 months at 10k so yours seems to be a pretty good deal.
Do you know how much off of MSRP they gave you?

Is there a way for me to check? Verbally, I remember them saying for around ~$39,000. I'll have to take another look at the lease agreement.

Hi, do you think you can PM me the dealer and salesperson? I'm trying to get a similar deal! Thank you!

That seems like an excellent deal to me.
I got offered $450 for a very similar configuration, but without the Navigation.
Do you mind sharing the cost/fee/rate breakdown as shown on your lease agreement and also the name of the dealer and salesperson? Trying to score a similar deal!

Thanks in advance!

Do leases in California typically have a lesser monthly payment than in other states. I am in south Florida and the lowest I can get when working with several Lexus dealerships and paying nothing out of pocket is $400/month for the is200t f sport (non-nav) version for 36 months and 36k miles.

On a side note anyone in south Florida have a good broker I could contact, I really would like to get this car as soon as possible.

Theres a couple of things that get factored. The biggest is each region has different lease rates so that could affect the payment. On top of that So Cal has a huge lease market and theres a ton of competition so some dealers drop their pants, so to speak, when it comes to discounting these cars.

What does MSD mean? You got a great deal.

How did you negotiate?
