That is the absolute best deal I've seen on that MRSP. You are a great negotiator.
However we are in FL
I got adjusted cap at $41500 with .0007 money factor 9 MSD's no 1st month payment and only 500 rebate. The monthly was $450.
I'm okay with that, because frankly it took Some Doing....but it's nothing compared to what you got in CA

I got mine at JM Lexus and they were itching to sell the cars. Great deals and really easy to work with. Message me and I'll give you the number to who I was dealing with.

Same with me! I went to JM Lexus and they were practically giving the car away even with the fact that i'm a first timer.

Car: 2016 IS 200t with F Sport / Blind Spot / Navigation system
Color: Atomic Silver/Rioja Red.
MSRP: $44,674
Mileage: 15k/year
Length: 36 Months
Residual: 65%
MF: 0.001

Monthly Payment: $420/mo tax included
Excessive wear and tear + key replacement = $25/mo
Total monthly payment: $445
Drive off: $0 out the door, first month payment is free
This looks great. I basically got the same deal except for the excessive wear package in December (silver/RR), but with MAX MSDs, so my payment is $346 including tax. I'm located in SoCal.

I was just recently at a dealer in California (central) and this was the offer:

Lexus is 200t (non f sport)
1k down and $460 a month tax included !
12k miles a year
MSRP 39k
MSRP dropped by 1k for college grad...
No other options added, car had a backup camera but that is all that it had extra.

This figure looks to be way too high after looking at the f sport packages. I would like an f sport for some of the costs mentioned in this post. Can anyone help me out in figuring a better deal on the vehicle?

When did you start your lease and I think that the residual might be higher.

Run away from that dealer quickly man. I leased my 2016 Lexus IS 200t F-Sport in March for $381 per month incl. tax with $1,000 down. 36 month/10k a year.

MSRP was $44,500....from there you negotiate down to $38-$39k then factor in money down, any other incentives etc....

I got quoted a 2016 IS200T FSport fully loaded MSRP $44,800 with selling price of $38,xxx
for $2000 down and $393 a month with 12k per year for 36 month.

Anyone think I can do better?

Is the 2k down a security deposit or just money to get the payment down?
