iJDMTOY fog lights to lease?

I was on IG and saw an F Sport with which I'm assuming were iJDMTOY F Sport fogs. Is installing fog lights permanent? Can I remove them once the lease is up and I turn the car back in?

My was tapped into the DRL. The fogs pops in and out of that housing. It can easily be removed when returning the car.
